Pricing varies based on service needs and project scope.

Booking & Payment Policies

A non-refundable booking deposit is due once the appointment is confirmed. Deposit amounts will be applied toward the total service fee.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

If documents have already been printed, prepared, or travel has commenced prior to cancellation, additional fees may apply.

If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled upon arrival, 50% of the total service fee will be due.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Appointment Requirements

All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Documents must be complete and ready at the time of appointment.

A grace period of 10–15 minutes is provided; additional wait time may incur fees.

HTA Global Services reserves the right to refuse service if requirements are not met.
